UD was ranked No. 21 in the country before a loss at UNLV in Las Vegas. The Flyers were favored in all three Battle 4 Atlantis games. With four losses in their last five games, the Flyers have disappeared from the rankings.
For the second straight game in The Bahamas, the University of Dayton Flyers came up short against a quality opponent. After losing to Wisconsin by one point Wednesday, the Flyers fittingly threw in a turkey on Thanksgiving Day and dropped a 76-64 decision to North Carolina State.
The 3-1 Flyers are about to play the boys who ride the big bus down in the Bahamas - the possibilities include Kansas, North Carolina State, Tennessee, Southern Cal, Brigham Young, Butler and Wisconsin. None of them will be impressed by a win over Robert Morris.
