Not a good Friday in Michigan...Hoping for a carryover from their mid-week explosion against Wright State, the Buckeyes were anything but explosive in a disappointing showing against Michigan State.

Ohio State needs to improve in many ways to be an NCAA Tournament team again. Former Centerville star Gabe Cupps (above) is one of the transfers Jake Diebler is depending on in a program looking for players that can impact winning in many ways.

Like a Bill Murray movie, the Buckeyes lose late for the second day in a row, despite a career-day by Tyler Pettorini (above).  USC swept the series with a ninth inning comeback Sunday, 10-9.

After a three-run home run by Trey Lipsey staked them to a late 9-7 lead on Saturday afternoon, the Buckeyes struggled with prosperity, allowing Southern Cal nine runs in their final two bats and a 12-9 win to take the weekend series.
