Sidney cooked up the perfect recipe for a comeback, mixing steals and jump shooting with a dash of fast break points to complete the comeback from down 13. A’Zon Steele and Julius Spradling paved the way, combining for 40 points in the 54-46 Revenge win over Fairborn.
They were up and down Tuesday, and afterwards coach Brock Moon said sometimes that happens in January. But Tipp relied on Jackson Smith (above) and his season-high 22 points to finally put Stebbins away for their 13th win.
Tough sledding on a snowy night: Tipp did enough to beat Xenia in their seventh straight win. It was never pretty, but CJ Bailey's trifecta of threes and a stout defense got the job done.
