It doesn't cost $250 for a family of five to attend, and it doesn't cost $1,500 for a twelve-year-0ld to play.  What wrapped up this weekend in Versailles was baseball for the sake of fun (New Bremen's Landon Overman, above), and family...and no one worried about spin rate! Read.....

Hero's welcome...Versailles' Jack Steinbrunner is mobbed by his teammates following his walk-off home run on Saturday. And in a pair of 11u and 12u games, dramatic home runs highlighted the action in Day 2 of the Stammen Classic tournament in Versailles, and proved that power can come from a small package (Steinburnner).

The weekend is on fire with baseball fever in Versailles with the annual Craig Stammen Classic tournament in support of community baseball...and the good things that come from it.
