If your football itch is driving you crazy, here’s the “scratch” you’ve been waiting for…news on Bengals training camp, with dates, times, and ample opportunity to see things up close and personal.

CINCINNATI — After a long, cold, lonely winter following a third straight Wild Card Playoff loss, Cincinnati Bengals fans finally received the news they’ve been waiting for.

The training camp schedule is out.

Bengals Training Camp — presented by Fifth Third Bank — returns to Paul Brown Stadium for the third straight year in 2014, with plenty of open practices from July 24 through Aug. 14.

Practices are free to the public and will offer access to the team, including autograph opportunities, which are not available during the season.

Most practices will be held on the practice fields just west of PBS. The exceptions will be two “Family Day” practice events inside PBS, on consecutive Saturdays (Aug. 2 and 9). These practice days will feature enhanced attractions for children.

Seating capacity for the practice fields will include 1,250 bleacher seats, plus additional room for fans to stand along the sidelines. No passes will be required to enter.

For each session on the practice fields, the first 53 fans who show a Fifth Third Bank debit card or credit card will be upgraded to the Fifth Third Reserved Bleacher Seats. This promotion does not apply to the two practices inside the stadium.

Fans are allowed to bring small soft-sided coolers, unopened bottles of water and food into all practices. Concessions and Bengals merchandise will be available to purchase. No chairs or other temporary seating will be permitted.

After every practice on the practice fields, groups of players will be available for autographs for 15 minutes. For the safety of pedestrians, no autographs will be permitted as players enter or leave the practice fields. At the conclusion of the Family Day practices inside PBS, the entire roster of players will be available for autographs.

Parking for all practices is available in the public parking lots located adjacent to PBS, at established prices.

The Keyhole, in Newport, is proud to sponsor coverage of the Cincinnati Bengals on Press Pros Magazine.com.

TRAINING CAMP SCHEDULE:

Practices are estimated at 90 minutes, but subject to adjustment by the coaching staff. All practices will take place on the practice fields just west of Paul Brown Stadium, unless otherwise noted. All times listed are Eastern.

Times are subject to change, so fans are advised to check www.bengals.com/camp on the days of practices for the latest times.

On dates not included below, there is no public access. You’ll notice a gap between Aug. 5 and Aug. 9. That’s because the Bengals’ first preseason game is Thursday, Aug. 7, at Kansas City.
